11. To design and study the characteristics of p-n junction diode & calculate cutting
voltage, reverse saturation voltage, reverse saturation current & dynamic & static
resistance from it.
12. To plot drain current – voltage & drain current – gate bias characteristics of FET
& measurement of Idss & Vp .
13. To study the MOSFET characteristics.
14. To plot input & output characteristics of BJT in CC, CB, CE configuration.
15. To characterize the PN Junction Diode.
